What do i need to renew my laptop?

What do i need to renew my cheap laptop?

Here is my computer specifications

Processor: Genuine Intel(R0 CPU T2060 @ 1.60 GHz 1.60GHz

Memory (RAM): 1.00 GB

System type: 32-bit operating system

Graphic card: Ati Radeon Xpress 200m series (287 MB)

So please tell me what should i get and not too expensive because then i should probably buy a new computer instead of wasting the same amount of money for less

So how much would it be and what should i get? (i want at least enough to play minecraft at max with a high and constant fps(frames per second)|||I agree with the other user, Add more RAM. Check your manufactures website for the specifications of your specific model. Always add the max that your system supports, and always update the BIOS before upgrading. The BIOS update if available should be on your manufacutres website. Typically your laptop has two SODIMM slots and at 1gb it probably has two 512 modules. You can also go to crucial.com to find out how much memory your laptop supports by entering model number. I reccommend newegg.com for a purchase as they are consistantly the most bang for the buck.|||Look at the BASIC system recommendations for hardware to sustain the program.

Then go from there.

I suspect, your NOT going to be able to upgrade the OLD laptop!|||You can add RAM. Anything else, you can't generally upgrade with a laptop.|||In laptop You can upgrade Only Ram Or hard disk You can not change Processor Or graphics card

Each year laptop, computers get smaller and faster. If your mini laptop was a desktop computer, you could just open it up and take your choice of parts to upgrade. Since laptops are smaller, more compact and can't always be upgraded like a PC, you might have a more limited array of choices when trying to upgrade your laptop. However, it's easy enough to take apart your laptop and see what can be upgraded.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need

Laptop computer

Screwdriver

1

Place your laptop screen side down on a flat surface. Laptoprepair.info says to make sure the area is clear from dust and contaminants that may damage your laptop components.

2

Unscrew the laptop modules or access panels. Irivista notes that laptop computers usually have several modules that house the hard drive, RAM, etc. Modules are usually under a plastic covering that is held down with a set of screws.

3

Remove the back of your laptop case. Modules may give you access to a few immediate components, but to get access to the full slew of components that can be upgraded, you need to unscrew at least four screws in the corners of your laptop.

4

Record the serial numbers on laptop components. Your computer RAM and your hard drive should both have serial numbers printed on them.

5

Search on the manufacturers website to find a suitable replacement for your mini laptop. According to Computerhope, most of the time you will have to purchase your upgrades through a manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
