I want a new touch-screen phone but i can't afford to pay the whole amount, what can i do?

i have t-mobil, i can't renew my contract for like a year, i want a touch-screen phone but i can't afford to pay the whole amount for a new one, somebody told me to ask those guys that work in tmobile and they may have a used (good conditions) phone for cheap, is that true, please give me ideas.|||yeah they sell "refurbished"phones which are supposed to be as good as new and are cheaper.look into that.u may get some partial upgrade value for your old phone|||The lg neon is quite cheap, the touch screen is only for dialling numbers though and all in all is not a very good phone. But if your going to pay cheap, your going to get what you paid for.
