Landlord says they put wrong amount on lease?

We renewed our lease last month and when we went in to pay rent this month, the landlord said that she had put the wrong amount on the lease term and it would be $100 more. What is my recourse with a leased signed my myself and the landlord with the lower rent?|||Too bad, so sad for landlord

You have a written agreement for another amount

He cannot change it|||Landlord is out of luck. Just as he/she would sue to enforce the lease if you attempted to leave early they must abide by the terms also|||The signed lease stands. You legally only have to pay the amount stated on the signed lease.

If you feel like you should pay the extra $100 a month for some reason, that's up to you but why would you?

The landlord cannot ask you to leave or evict you for non-payment if you are paying every month. Make sure you keep all your rent receipts and copy of the new lease.
