How much drinkable water do we have left?

Lets say we did no conservation, recycling, desalination, or any other method of creating or renewing water, and we have X amount of water still on Earth at this very second. How much approximately do we have left and how longer (at our current rate - no consideration for population increases) will it take for that source to be totally consumed ?|||Not enough. Maybe ten years worth in high rainfall areas other areas have turned to desert already. Drink deep ...it may be your last.|||Water is constantly renewed by natural processes, and that's how most of our water is processed today. However, if that was not involved, we would have barely enough drinkable water to last for more than a year.

There is nothing to worry about. The amount water we have is in no way lacking. In fact, just about everything you find on Earth today is recycled, whether by natural or artificial means.
