Landlord says they put wrong amount on lease?

We renewed our lease last month and when we went in to pay rent this month, the landlord said that she had put the wrong amount on the lease term and it would be $100 more. What is my recourse with a leased signed my myself and the landlord with the lower rent?|||I would probably consult a lawyer because a signed lease is legal and binding so that is their fault that they put the wrong amount on the lease. You signed and they signed that's a wrap.If you look at it on a moral side than you know that the rent is suppose to be a certain amount than you should resign a new leasel. But what i'm saying is that legally i don't think you have to sign a new lease.
