Where to pay the renewal amount of Motar Bike Insurance?

I bought a bike in Karnataka, India but using it in Tamil Nadu, India. In this case we I need to renew my Motar Bike insurance. Whether in KA or in TN? So you can go for another 1 year term through any insurance company. It would be good if you go to the same earlier insurance as you may get no claim benefit. No matter in which state you do that
